Chocolate Ice Cream Clusters (Dairy Free)

These creamy chocolate ice cream treats are perfect if you’re craving something rich & sweet! Made with 4 ingredients it’ll take no time to prep. I love to store these in the freezer so I’m grabbing a healthier treat when that craving strikes.

Chocolate Ice Cream Clusters Ingredients

1 cup strawberries

1 cup cashew yogurt (I use a dairy free one but if you want you can use greek yogurt for an added protein boost)

1/2 cup honey

1 cup chocolate chips (I use dairy free ones)

Blend strawberries with 2 spoons of yogurt till pureed. Add puree to bowl of yogurt. Add honey to taste. Place strawberry yogurt in molds.  I used silicone muffin molds. Freeze for 12 hours. Melt chocolate chips and let cool for 5 minutes. Coat the yogurt clusters in chocolate. I added pomegranate on top for a sweet crunch!

If you want a protein boost- you could always use greek yogurt instead of a dairy free yogurt. Or if you want more of that creamy texture you can also use a can of coconut cream or nut butter into the mixture. Feel free to try any combination of ingredients with these!
